Uptimo is a free website and uptime monitoring service that allows users to:

• Register URLs for periodic HTTP health checks
• Receive downtime and recovery alerts via Discord webhooks, email, or push notifications
• Embed status badges on their websites or GitHub repositories
• View response time history and monitoring statistics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account & Eligibility

To use Uptimo, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. By signing in, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Your Discord account is in good standing and complies with Discord's Terms of Service
• The information associated with your account is accurate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Uptimo to monitor URLs for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. Prohibited uses include:

• Monitoring URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor
• Using the service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or stress testing
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse the monitoring infrastructure
• Monitoring URLs that contain illegal, malicious, or harmful content
• Scraping or harvesting data from the platform

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Uptimo is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself. Monitoring checks may be delayed or missed due to infrastructure issues, maintenance, or events beyond our control.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or missed alerts that result from service interruptions. Do not rely solely on Uptimo as your only method of downtime detection for critical systems.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Engages in abusive, illegal, or harmful behaviour
• Attempts to damage, disrupt, or overload the service

You may stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us via our Discord server.
